DEMO ONE : "END OF EMPIRES"
(LIVE EP)
"End Of Empires" was recorded live* in a rehearsal room in Berlin, with the simple intention of producing basic lo-fi demo (demonstration) tracks, so as to have something to share with potential bookers, venues, etc. We decided to release it as a live EP to let fans and supporters a chance to support the band
We decided to release it as a live EP to let fans and supporters a chance to support the band in this early phase of it's existence, as well as of course to get an advance listen to the early material in it's formative state. This is how independent artists can exist in the world today- by direct connection with those who support them, the new patrons of the arts. So, THANK YOU for joining us for the beginning of the ride. Be sure to hold onto the rails, it's gonna be wild... ;)

Dedicated to the memories of my little cousin, Louis, and my old friend, Rik Clay (Fulc), two young people it feels we lost far too early...
Of Louis : One of the most beautiful people (let alone children) I've ever had the privilege to experience the energy of, changing more lives and shining more lights than most of us manage in a lifetime; serving as a reminder to the rest of us what a tremendous and precious gift life is, and just what you might be able to do with it when (if) you realise this. On top of this, a Djevara fan too (and so of impeccable taste), just to break my heart even more... A spirit forever indelibly etched into a vital part of my soul.
To Rik : Dear friend and fellow traveller, the ripples of your life continue to spread in ways you could only have imagined. I hope some of them would have brought you joy.
